Electron has been working for about 2 years, on a machining process that allows to
precisely mill the grooves found on aeromodelling servo arms.

We offer 4 different sizes of arms, each of them available in two colors (red and black).
The arms go from 10mm up to 1.75”.

As with our retracts, all servo arms are carefully milled from aircraft grade T6 7075 aluminum, with an anodised and laser engraved finish.

With reinforcements where needed and a tight but smooth fit on the servo spline you can tell that a lot went into designing and making these arms. When installing one into a servo, you can really feel how good the tolerances are and why the secondary side screw really isn’t necessary when an arm is machined right. This has been proven by their faultless performace throughout the year long abuse that they have suffered in my daily driver, the Pilot-RC 103″ Laser.”
